Why was the project initiated?

Project People was initiated and is based on many joint discussions within facilities with our colleagues at all positions and within the headquarter as well. We carefully listened to all comments, observations, ideas and feedback on areas which are of fundamental interest and concern for us. We agreed that in addition to everything we do, people have always been and will always be in the first place. Our mission is to improve conditions for your work, development and especially for overall satisfaction.
